Happy to visit there. Rehana was having some difficulty to solve my problem, then Christine Eagan heard, so she came and helped to solve my work. Rehana and Branch Manager are very friendly and helpful!

Customer service is seriously lacking at this branch. Spoke w/2 reps, than escalated to a manger, Greg. He was supposed to look into the issue and get back to me. 2 weeks passed, no follow up. Called back in, spoke w/Nissa who able to get the problem resolved overnight. Hence, the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 1.
