  Went to this PNC recently to cash my paycheck since my paystub is affiliated with PNC, I dont have an account with them so i knew they would most likely charge a fee, the young lady collected my check, and my two forms of ID. She proceeds to “verify” my check on the phone and was taking a while but also staring at me during the process which made me very uncomfortable. Another young woman comes over to her to assist her with “verifying ”the check and then she comes up to the windoe to inform me that she can not cash it because they believe it cant be verified. I asked for a manager and there was not one there (its a bank…. How sway?) i grab my check and go to another pnc not far away and they scanned my check into a machine after collecting my identification and asked “how would you like your cash”? Needless to say i felt discriminated upon and they clearly didnt have the proper tools to verify checks. I will never go back to this location!

  Branch is clean. During time of Covid, they take well covid protocols. Masks required for customers and all staff. Clear plastic board on teller counters. Hand sanitizer was provided in the lobby right before you enter to line up. The teller that assisted me was very nice and she does try to fulfill my request the best she can. This location also has drive thru and ATM service available. ATM is right outside to the right of the entrance and is not drive thru though. Parking lot to the side of the branch.
