      Went there about a couple weeks ago to deposit some money from my birthday and was really surprised how well I was treated especially after some crazy lady left screaming about her notarization being declined. Took like 2 seconds to Google their company policy that they don't notarize non PNC documents so don't know why she didn't do that beforehand and instead acted like a Karen afterwards.

      I went there to get some very important documents notarized the lady have the nurve to come out and told they only paper they will notarize is PNC documents seriously I’m so disappointed by this I will definitely be looking for other bank that offer notary I don’t really have to go other places to pay almost 30$ to notarize documents for that reason only it would have given 0 star no wonder why the rating is 2.9 and customers are not happy with this branch location plus the lady came out all mad like she got up the wrong side of the bed not professional at all if you can stay away from this branch they will definitely mess your day up

      Fees and rates are hard to find and made to be confusing. I live closeby but won't switch from Point Breeze Credit Union in Westminster because PNC is a rip off bank! We need a credit union in Taneytown! Point Breeze offers 2% back on savings and checking with a free checking plus account! I hope these corporate banks go bankrupt they are terrible.
