      Should limit number of transactions per customers at drive thru. Not fair to wait when people are doing so many transactions, should be required to go inside bank.

      The whole team is there to help, It’s rare thing these days to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and PNC is that kind of bank. As soon as I walked in I was shown kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. Christine represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make a decision to open a checking account with PNC bank.
