      My girlfriend and I walked into both branches of PNC Bank in Gettysburg on 1.28.22. Both branches turned us away from opening new checking accounts. In both cases, either a teller or greeter said that we needed appointments. There were no clients in either of the banks and they did not seem to be busy. There were personal bankers just sitting around at their desk with no clients, nor were they on their phones. As a six figure depositor, and business owner, I am not use to being treated this poorly. I took my business elsewhere. I highly recommend Members First Credit union who took us immediately, was friendly and courteous, and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the branch in less than 30 minutes.

      This branch is awesome. I only think the rating is bad because who takes the time to rate a good bank. But if you have one bad day you tear everyone else down. Great bank great people.
