Well, On 7-12-2022 Tuesday Now I see very clearly why it’s A 2.6 rating.🤭 🤭> At 11;00 am the woman Bank tell was Not being Bank Professional the one who operated to the far right. I came in with wrap coins like I have before nothing new. Had her before but, only this time she refuse to feel out my deposit slip even after All my information was pull up. She then tied to a tell me I’ve filled out the deposit slip the other day and i did not..( Their cameras ) can prove that she lie again to tell me that I signed the deposit slip the other day WOW! I have a Disability too my right hand have not been able to use it for multiple months now.SMH at the lies and as well as the treatment I’ve received..I’ve Banking with PNC 25 yrs in…

I think the tellers at this bank are always helpful and nice! I have been coming to this branch for years and have never had any issues. I am have been to other PNC’s and all of them are very nice. I have cashed checks , deposited and exchanged currency at this branch. I am greeted by a very nice guard at the door and the bank employees are very nice always. I have had times where they could not help me with something as would happen at any bank. I don’t think that changes my opinion of them in anyway. They always do their job well and I like coming to this bank.
