Opened up new accounts with a new cc today after moving to the area. Lorraine made it a breeze! Everything was explained thoroughly, the mobile app seems great thus far, and Lorraine made sure I was able to log into the app before I left, as well as explained it to me! The entire experience was very fluid and easy, and I am happy to say I chose PNC after having a local hometown credit union previously.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to make a payment with them for over 5 days. If you are on hold with the customer service for more 5min they hang up and you start all over agin. This is the worst bank. My only option is drive to the closest branch about an hour away and pay that way.
