      The employees and branch manager are rude, unprofessional and incompetent in handling important banking matters. They created a mess with an estate account. Terrible customer service, they do not return calls, brushing you off as if they have no time to clean up a mess they caused. I ended up having to call corporate to clear the matter up. If anyone is thinking of using this bank, I strongly recommend that you don't, and that you choose another bank or atleast another branch. Avoid this one at all cost.
