Mike is the best associate at this bank!!! Today is January 11th, I went to PNC to get money out of the atm but of course it was out of service. So went to get in line and of course it was wrapped around the building, so annoying they don’t have a drive through atm. But the reason I am leaving a review is because we haven’t received our checks we ordered because of the holiday and influx with deliveries. PNC has an associate there name Mike that I spoke with. He figured out everything for me. Fixed everything. Was such a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Great customer service. Friendly,kind, and professional. Made that phone call way easier than any phone call I have ever made. He deserves a raise. Or bonus. Thanks again Mile for your help!

WOULD HAVE GIVE ONE STAR. I HATE THIS BANK. I went to the bank at I had $129 in savings and it’s been like less than 6 months I’ve had a bank their and I just went to get some money out and I have no money In their they have been taking 5-30 a month out of my account and making it look like on transaction paper like they Put it back in but they did not (do not use this bank I’m closing my savings account I have a new one at Bank of America and Have a debit card at Bank of America and pnc won’t let minors Have a card.) (also they make minors pay $10 more dollors a month for a savings account)
