      This bank is very sometimey. especially when it comes to how you want your money back. don't ask me how i want my money back if you don't supposedly have it, then proceeds to give me the exact wrong way of how i asked to have my money back. the attitudes, etc. i've been seeing reviews on how uncoordinated this bank is, and i experienced it today. idk why PNC has a stigma of not wanting to give you the exact form of bills you want back, but i sure will not be going to this PNC no longer.

      Was depositing through drive thru. Took quite a bit of time. Only communication when asked if there was anything else we needed today. No issues besides time.
