      It’s always a bad experience walking in…. Very rude!VERY RUDE, Rebecca is not the nicest and neither is the GREETER. If you are looking for customer service in any way don’t expect to be treated respectfully here! Also One person working while others sit around doing nothing is a constant here

      This branch is the worst! The greeter asked me what I needed, I explain that I need to have a remote/scanned deposit corrected. She says I will have to file a dispute. I explained that this has happened in the past and a teller was able to correct it. It was a very simple process. The greeter makes me wait, while she directs the people behind me in 'her line' to skip ahead of me to the teller line while she goes to ask one of the tellers how to help me. Then comes back and tells me that I have to wait longer to see a branch manager. After 5 minutes of standing, she tells to go to the back of the bank and have a seat. The manager walks by and says 'we'll be with you shortly'. After 25 minutes in the bank and watching 4 people that walked in after me come and go, I left! I received a text alert on 1 hour later that it was my turn!
