      I’ve been a customer of Centura/ PNC for over 20 years. Stopped in today to get a document notarized and there was literally one customer in the place. Very nice lady came out to help me. Asked the notary guy if he could help me. You could hear the conversation, and ultimately she came back and said ‘not today’. I could hear that he could take time to converse with her, so I said I could be flexible as I really needed to get it done. Solid no. Awful customer service!!
