      Terrible ladies work there . Very bad treatment and very unprofessional. All the ladies there have frowning faces . Im switching to another bank for sure .

      This bank used to offer something others did not. Today, you go through the drive through and you are fortunate if they acknowlege you. Was just there, and this guy doing the window didn't even look at the camera to acknowledge the person he was doing business with. Very unprofessional. What a let down for PNC Bank. Your customers in the drive thru deserve the same respect as your customers who come inside the bank.
