      I took my new friend there who just moved next door so she could deposit a check. Employees were friendly and efficient. She was in and out in about 5 minuets. Plenty of parking in front of door and easy to get to from either direction on art 19.

      WORST ATM - I love PNC bank in general but this one has one of the worst ATMs I have ever used. It doesn’t let you choose the bill denominations like a lot of the better ATMs which would be ok if it didn’t dispense $50 bills. Nowhere takes these! Then when I tried to immediately deposit these archaic bills (literally, they were so old they didn’t even have anti counterfeit features) the ATM would not take them back! It didn’t want them either. So I had to go inside the bank to deposit them and the teller did not even understand what the problem was.

      The staff is friendly, no issues there. I went to talk about mortgages and the process because I am working towards buying my first house. I was helped and given good information but the property I was looking at was potentially not going to be something they would give a mortgage on because it is commercial, there is a house on the property that someone currently lives in, but I never got a definitive answer because I needed to get the exact zone. I sent a thank you email, with the exact zone of the property I found, and asked if it would be something they would be able to give me a mortgage for so I could continue my planning. I never got any emails back and feel cut off. They also did not seem to have much first time home buyer help. Time to find another bank or lender.
