      Good luck getting through on the 1-800 line to get anything done. Pnc doesn’t have an email either. The only decent experience I had was changing my name when I got married. Don’t use this bank if you ever want to use the atm. It is ALWAYS down being worked on, and last time it took our card and didn’t give us the money we withdrew. It took a long time to get the money put back into our account. When we would call to ask what was going on with it we were told we would get “called back” only to be forgotten about. That was just the last issue. So don’t use this bank if you want customer service. They even charge your account fees when you keep the minimum balance in the account. Overcharging for money orders. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.
