      Terrible company that ruined our credit, and had no interest in resolving the situation. We spoke with them on the phone for dozens of hours, but they simply transfer you to another person over and over. After re-explaining our situation many times, they refused to transfer us to a high level manager, and we were quite disappointed by their level of customer service. Be really really careful with this company. If you have any problems or issues, good luck getting anyone on the line to discuss!

      PNC mortgage is located in Florida and the people cant give payoff or even tell you how your interest is figured. Everything has to go through the regular mail, I called asking how I could figure out what my interest would be each month and the lady told me they do not know how to do that its done by electronic. I do not like this type of business.
