  While I was initially a bit apprehensive about choosing a big bank for our refinance, PNC's rates were incredible (with no points) and Lisa Wills (Tampa loan officer) assured me that I was in good hands. She was absolutely 100% correct. Lisa Wills and John Labban were fantastic to work with and made the process very simple. When I used Wells Fargo several years ago it was a major pain, as documents were requested over and over for weeks. Wells Fargo also had a hard time understanding the structure of an S-Corp, distributions, etc (I’m self-employed). At PNC I was approved within the first few days - and very few, if any, new documents were requested outside of their original list. Lisa and John made it a breeze and certainly have it down to a science in terms of knowing exactly what the underwriter needed, the first time, without having to revisit weeks later (as I did with Wells). And possibly most importantly, they both also had excellent/frequent communication so I was always in the loop as to the current status of the loan process. The communication aspect is often key for me, especially when working through something as significant as a mortgage. In my past (ie with Wells) I often had to check-in on my own after not hearing anything, only to find that they needed more documents, yet they hadn’t conveyed that to me. This definitely didn’t happen with Lisa and John. If you are shopping for a mortgage/refinance, I highly recommend reaching out to Lisa Wills at PNC (she then coordinates with John).

  I started my small business with PNC and lost over $600 to bank fees. After calling time after time to speak to a supervisor to correct my account, I was told someone who give me a call. After a year! or trying I give up ! I rather take my Business to JP Morgan Chase. I should've done my research, I lost so much money to air I am so frustrated , i feel used and abused by this Bank.

  How are you going to have a PNC office with no atm and no way to make deposits? There are several other Banks in this building, most of which are much smaller than PNC, yet PNC is the only one without an ATM. Guess I'll have to switch over to bank of America while I'm living downtown.
