      I only use the ATM. Had an account with them for over 15 years. Ordered something online that triple posted to my account. Couldn't get anyone to help without me signing a stop payment in person - I was working out of state at the time and couldn't get to a local branch. They continued to let the same purchase/company keep charging me for additional purchases I didn't make. Switched banks after I got back in state and closed my account. I just stop now and then for the atm now.
