  I am a senior citizen and was very Leary about trying to remortgage my home due to all the scams going on. I received a letter in the mail one day and responded to Polaris Home Funding and spoke with Steve Ellis. I was very concerned and had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. Mr Ellis and his staff were very professional and understanding. They were very quick to respond to any concerns I had during my refinancing of my home. They came out to my house, e mailed me or I could telephone them at anytime. I have never dealt with a mortgage company that treated their client with such kindness and respect. At my age this was a big move for me to make and Thank you Mr Ellis and staff for all your patience and hard work that enabled me after six years of trying to remortgage. I was never put under any pressure. And everything was laid out in terms I could understand. I will be contacting Aarp for Seniors so hopefully in their monthly bulletin they can let other seniors know there is a scam free, trustworthy, and professional place to fund their home.
