  This company is a very silly one, I applied for a loan there because I wanted to buy a car in the future and with excitement I got accepted with a good loan and intrest rate. However they told me that they wouldn't give me the loan for the car if I don't show them a proof of insurance for the car I want to buy first. This doesn't make any sense because how are you going to pay insurance on a car that you haven't paid for yet? I'm giving this reveiw 3 stars only because this bank was able to give me a better intrest rate than other banks have given, but the rules they give out on their business is just ridiculous.

  Dear Szymon, Thank you for your interest in a PSFCU auto loan. From what you are saying, it appears that your loan application has been approved. As vehicle loans are secured loans, our standard practice is that the auto loan funds can be disbursed only once you are ready to purchase a specific vehicle, i.e. you should have a vehicle purchase contract and insurance policy for a specific car. Insurance policy is required at the time of disbursement to make sure that PSFCU interest is secured in case of total loss. In addition, based on the contract of sale from the dealer, PSFCU will be registered as a lienholder, since this is a secured loan.

  I have had appointment with them and I arrived 5 minutes earlier, they asked me if I can wait few minutes , after one hour of waiting I just left . Unfortunately I forgot to say thanks for superior service to manager.
