      It's a title company. The realtor say go here... I went there. Reception was professional.

      Had a problem with my check clearing. It was on the the title company's bank. My check was returned (aka bounced). I called the week after closing. The lady who answered the phone said the money was received. After two weeks, I had called them back because I noticed the money hadn't come out of my account. I called Polk county title, they threatened to prosecute me. Had I not called and asked them why their bank rejected a good check, I would be in jail. That being said, they get the job done, just with subpar customer service.
