  From the Security Guard on westchester Ave bank is friendly,and alert. All the staff professional but they make you feel like you can receive their banking assistance quickly and they listen. I can’t see well but they assist with my deposit form. When I make a deposit I feel encouraged to save more because I know on my return I will be greeted with respect and courtesy. If I make a large deposit at the atm the security guard smiles and even though he keeps the distance he’s watching that no one from outside comes in and grabs ur deposit money. The only thing I miss as a senior are the chairs in the lobby. But many from the public started to abuse that privilege and the depositors couldn’t sit. It’s a great bank.

  It started off well during the first call with a representative regarding a transaction.Then it went entirely downhill when I called again to follow up. If they try to reach out I'm not going respond....I'm done with the b.s. What's done is done.

Although I'm sorry you're not open to letting us help you in this instance, it is thanks to customers like you who are willing to let us know when we fall short that we are able to constantly improve our services for everyone.
