Sylvia the manager, is always stepping away from her desk to make sure that things are always running smooth.       Not sure who the low reviewers are? No comments on why they gave such a terrible rating. Anyhow, I've been a member since I was a child. Always fantastic service!!!For a short period of time as a young adult, I had a regular banking account. It didn't take long for me to realize the difference between that institution and POPA! Stellar customer service. Going to miss the one-on-one contact when I move out of the state. However, I know they will be just a phone call away!
