Slav is an amazing lender. We were looking to move out from Washington and landed on Tennessee as our new home. Buying a new construction build in a subdivision, we were planning on going with the builder’s preferred lender initially due to a supposed $5000 credit that was being offered. At the beginning of this year, Slav reached out to me to let me know that he was licensed in Tennessee and could offer me a great deal. So, I shopped with the builder’s preferred lender and Slav in order to compare the interest rate, points, and final closing cost (with the credit). The rates jumped quite a bit after the new year, but we were still able to get .75% less with Slav over the preferred lender with the equivalent closing cost! Not only did he save us money in the long run, but he also made the application process painless by always communicating what was needed on our end, and letting us know what to expect from him and other parties. I highly recommend using him as a lender. He has the best deals on the market, and is very professional.
