if i could give no stars i would. this is the second time the atm ate my card and never came back out. now i have to report my card lost again and have to wait 3 weeks until a new debit card in the mail (because they are slow with that too) looking for a new bank. this bank is slow, customer service is trash.

Only good part of this bank in my experience is the security guard who was very nice I came in the bank to open a business account I had with me my business certificate and my tax ID I was told that I needed to bring my phone bill for the business and my invoice for the business in order to I found it very strange because I came in the day before and I didn't have my social the woman told me all I needed was to bring my ssn card and she's going to open the account I came back that wasn't the case I was told I needed my invoice, my business phone bill which I don't understand why but I left that bank the same day I went to chase bank with my ssn card, my business certificates my tax ID and my account was open in like 20 minutes thanks to Chase bank
