Stephanie at popular finance is very rude and has no customer service skills and lacks professionalism. We called to inquire about a loan and decided to take our business elsewhere due to being hung up on and yelled at because she was ready to close, I do not recommend this place at all.

Employees are rude and lack professionalism. Probably uneducated. Other loan services don't treat you with disrespect. Go anywhere else but there for your loans.
