      Would rate them higher if the loan officers would return calls in timely fashion. Usually takes many days, sometimes weeks, even repetitive calls to Mary and Chad at the Conneaut location to have them call us back on simple inquiries. My husbands family and we have done business there for years and we feel disrespected.
