      Staff is always friendly, they always try their best to answer my questions and meet my needs. I enjoy my credit union, I am always pleased with their products, rates and services.

      Worst experience with a bank. It takes dozens of calls to get one person to answer. No call backs from voice mails. a "CONVINCE FEE" on having to drive an hour to get to one of your locations to make a payment. if they offer you a loan through this company. "RUN!"

      Thought the southside location was bad, but the customer service in the drive thru and in the bank is terrible, switching back to my old bank. They already know their bank is trash not the 1st time someone has complained about their service.
