Came in for a truck loan and in 1 day got my approval , signed the loan and most importantly got a great low interest rate. The entire team at Powerfi Juno beach is friendly , informative and engaged in meeting your needs.

steer clear. opened account, during process solicited to bring over our personal CC account. So we were fine with it. we pay off CC each month so we dont pay interest but may start getting a charge from chase to have CC so... one little detail left out, credit union charges US 4% to transfer balance. when I queried about it to officer that opened account? "Im so deeply sorry for your inconvenience" 350$ charge is an inconvenience? paid balance off on their VISA today without activating cards. Closed savings and checking without opening package checks came in. moment CC balance posts 0$ THAT account is closed. Accounts were opened a few weeks ago. checks/cards were handed to bank rep to drop in shredder basket. steer clear of these folks.

Having been a customer back to when my parents set upa kids account with them I can only say good things about the overall business but even more so the employees. At other banks you are a number here they know you by name and treat you well. I can only assume the other negative reviews were paid for because I have never had a bad experience. Staff changes have made this bank trash.
