  Worse place ever. Never been treated with such disrespect especially to a military member like myself. Unbelievable. The teller Lisa gave me no greeting, no smiles, but she greeted the regular customer behind me warmly. Tried to give her my extension letter for my drivers license that’s expired because I’m not from Florida, I have to be back in Washington to renew it, hence the letter. And then she stupidly realized that my drivers license was expired and said I need a photo ID. That’s why I took out my valid federal government issued military ID in the first place. So she has an alternative photo ID. Not only that. A DMV issued extension letter like the one I have is my valid drivers license. That’s why it is called an extension letter. It makes the expired drivers license valid. She does not know how to do her job. She said she didn’t need all of that. My military ID is valid. She was one of the rudest person I’ve ever met in Florida. Very argumentative. I was so unhappy I wrote in an official complaint. My actual bank in Washington would have treated me with respect. I wore sweatpants and maybe she was judging me but her unsmiling face when I walked in was so disheartening to look at. Yet she was nice to a regular customer. I told myself that’s why I’m working so comfortable from my own home, travel the world, and she’s slaving away in a bank that looks like a pawn shop from the outside. Pathetic. Never judge a person by the way they dressed but she did. Unbelievable. I’m going to be on a flight to Germany and then Singapore while she’s stuck in that pathetic bank. Go with another bank. The most classless bank I’ve ever been to

  Hard for me to believe that in 2022 this 'financial institution' does not have an ATM for deposits or withdrawals. Seriously? How can this place even be in business without an ATM? It makes no sense to me. Also, if you are using their 'shared banking' services and want to make a cash deposit at their branch, they require ID. Why does a bank require ID to make a deposit? It's ludicrous. I would steer clear of this bank if I were you. As far away as possible. What a waste of real estate.

  Hello, Scott. I am sorry to hear your experience at our Delray Beach branch didn’t live up to your expectations. Although I do understand your frustration with the requirement for ID’s with deposits, it is our top priority to maintain a secure banking environment for our members. Like many financial institutions, it is a safeguard we have in place for a number of security reasons.
