I must say that at this point in time, having put a deposit down on a home that is being built, I have some concerns reading prior reviews. It seems as though it is a love/hate relationship with Pratt, and people have either had a great, or terrible experience. 34 Five star reviews (60%) , and 17 ONE star reviews (30%). No middle ground here! I am giving 5 stars because I have dealt with two representatives, Kirk Ruoff, and Chris Trainor, who have been first class. I am hoping that the rest of the organization mirrors their professionalism and desire to help customers......but I'll reserve comment on the contractors/foremen, and let you know in a few months when I am hoping to move in. Being in the mortgage business, Pratt has a decent reputation for building a quality home at a fair price. More to come....

Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach. They don't return calls or emails. Brittany's contact bubble is smack dab in the middle of every page of their website and there is no way to close it in order to view the information about their homes. They don't list prices. You can't get any information unless you go through Brittany first. If you're lucky enough to finally talk to someone, they don't follow up. I guess they don't want my money. Based on their reviews, it seems I may have dodged a bullet.

Cookie cutter neighborhoods. They are buying land anywhere they can just so they can divide it up into the smallest legal lots and sell them for a premium. They don't care about the community, just money.
