  Total incompetency by the representative we were assigned. Based on other reviews, I suspect there are serious competency and service delivery issues relating to specific employees within this company because it sounds like you either have a 5 star experience, or a 1 star experience which would lead anyone with an ounce of intelligence to deduce that it is specific employees. Management is clearly not doing correct employee reviews, email monitoring, or training. That said, we were forced by our lender to use this company through a recent out of state vehicle purchase and it was an absolute nightmare. It truly felt like amateur hour. The representative had ridiculous working hours, NEVER answers or responds to phone calls, has weird excuses for under-performing, does not understand or has not been trained in proper business email etiquette, and presents herself as very daft. A process that would have taken me an afternoon or a few days max to complete has taken this dimwit close to 3 weeks to complete. But who knows, maybe management is the problem. Nonetheless, it's shocking such daft individuals retain jobs.

I attempted to look you up in our system and didn't find any account information under your name and I have talked with the office staff as well and no one recalls having worked with you. Who is the specific representative you worked with? As a nationwide processing company I assure you we work diligently and professionally as the majority of our work is done via email and phone. I am interested in looking up your information in our system so I can see what transpired and see what we could have done differently. Things with motor vehicle offices across the country have been quite stressful since covid and although I don't want to have that be an excuse I want to make sure I can go back and look at what took place with regards to your transaction and see where possible communication may have been missed? Additionally if it was a transaction that came from your finance company, we are forced to work with them directly and have to go by their requirements as they are the ones who hire our office and send us the work, but without knowing your information I am unable to look that up.
