      I came in with a long list of requests: help with a recent mortgage refinance, help with merging two accounts with different primary account holder names, help with the mobile app, help with an expired card, help with auto bill pay... I was a problem. Anna L never even hinted to any impatience as she spent 45 minutes sorting out every question I had and always suggesting the next step to go beyond my immediate questions and ensure I was well prepared to manage ongoing concerns. I could not possibly have asked for friendlier or more knowledgeable assistance.
