  Kerry and her staff have easily earned our trust over and over again. Where else can we go and deal directly with the Owner CEO? Where else can we go and hear "let me take care of all of that"? Where else can we go and get a mortgage closed in 30 days with the lowest achievable rate and no additional costs? Kerry Maguire at Preferred Funding Services, that's where. Kerry is always our first contact. Her knowledge, professionalism and service are exceptional. Any time the subject of mortgages comes up, her number is the only one we call or give out. And yes. she will personally answer the phone! Thank you Kerry - John & Jill

  My experience with this funding service was exceptional!! Kerry McGuire is the best in the business and she has a great staff. I was nervous and not sure if I could even get a home. I remember sitting in her office like a student and following everything she said. Kerry tells it like it is, and quickly. She takes her job very seriously and it shows with her efficiency. She got me my first home and the experience was great!! I would highly recommend using Preferred Funding Sevices.

  Kerry and her staff are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, mortgage people in the field. This was our 3rd time buying a house and overall our best experience. Kerry explained every step of the mortgage process and all she asked was that we trust her when she told us she would wait for a great rate and that she would have everything done by closing. Well, the rate was AWESOME and when the sellers wanted to move the closing up, Kerry was able to accommodate their request. She was also accessible no matter what time of day I needed to ask a question or get an update. I highly recommend this organization and If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks again Preferred Funding for being an integral part of our forever home purchase.
