  We went to the banks Town Center branch in Simi Valley on Saturday and received terrific customer service by Victor. He very patiently assisted us with some online banking issues my Mom was having. Another associate supervisor was also quick to assist as well. I wish had gotten her name as well Together they made a trip to the bank my Mom was dreading into a good day. Thanks Again-Matt G

  They take advantage of peoples needs...adding fees that then are taken off log after being paid and never shown again.... And after that they cancelled the card.. they always want more money 🙂 ✌️ its a good bank its just sad to see that we gotta agree to their terms and people with little power which they can use to help only use it to benefit their pockets...
