  **Update** Although my recent experience with their systems frustrated me, I do have to give them credit o their customer service. I was just contacted by their leadership and they fixed my issues with the system right away and also assured me they would look into their phone system. Perhaps one day their automated systems will be more intuitive. For now, at least they have their customer service as an effort to mitigate any shortcomings related to the system access. Thank you. I would say this place is a joke, but jokes are supposed to be funny! This place is a sad excuse for a financial institution. Their online banking is not convenient (I have to re-do my account over and over) and their phone banking has a horrible guide - the numbers stated do not match the menu action. Also, I am always on hold for long periods of time. I can't wait to pay off this loan and be done with this foolish system.

  My husband since joining this Credit Union per car being refinanced has never evernbeen able to get a customer service representative on the phone. He and myself are so very frustrated!

  Not very helpful, its as if they don't want you to have access to your money, my mom called a few months ago to access her account and obtain a Card herself since both her and my dad have been quite sick and my Dad had a stroke. still no card and still cant access her online account. Asked for a local branch in San Dog nada. asked for a fax# to send a POA...refused!. I will most likely have to drag both parents in wheelchairs parents to the closest bank. which is probably LA (which is now closed), and or Glendale to even get the help that we need from their accounts for their medical care. Horrible service.
