      Temp Closed, even when it was open the only people that could use it was Rand employees, Rand must be paying the credit union mega bucks to stay at the location where no regular people can use the facility. Like other of the Premier America Branches that were in Govt Buildings they were either closed or moved so EVERY CUSTOMER of the Credit Union can use the branch. The closest branch to me could take me an hour each way in traffic.

Unfortunately, this is a security policy that Rand has implemented and we are unable to open up access to community members. We do greatly value your membership and understand it is an inconvenience to travel to another Premier America branch.       As others have said, it's closed to the public. The lack of accessible branches for PA in LA is a problem.
