  I've been banking with Premier America for a very long time and I have never had a bad experience. I went in today and Darlene helped me with everything needed and is always willing to help with whatever I need. She always makes sure to have a smile on her face and has amazing customer service. I just wanted to say that I appreciate everything you guys do!

  I had a pleasant experience all the staff was friendly and helpful. I want to mention Rosa Tapia because she helped me refinance my car. She was very proffessional and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me I highly recommend her and anyone looking to refinance their car, need a loan or have questions in general go in and ask all the staff is like family and ready to help. Thank you Rosa for all your help i really appreciate it.

  Some of the most hardworking and ever so helpful people I have ever met! With my hopes unsure, they helped me with my search for a car to help me get to work. Associate Rosa was very helpful and comforting. I cannot express how happy this experience has made me feel. I highly recommend trying this bank for any help you might need.
