  I recently had the pleasure of working with Francesca Fernandez, at the Reseda Branch, for an auto loan. I had been involved in a car accident two weeks prior in which my car was hit and totaled. I was not looking forward to the general process of buying a car, but Francesca made the financing aspect an incredibly easy process. She was not only professional, but worked diligently to help finance my auto purchase. Her efforts helped me purchase a car quickly, and get my life back on track. I have been a member of Premier America for years now, and it's safe to say that after my experience with Francesca, I will be a member for life. Thank you, Francesca, for everything!

  This credit union is outstanding everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you in any way they can they have helped me several time on different issues even concerning online fraud disputes that they resolved in a couple of days. SIMPLY amazing representation at the best rates around. I would recommend this bank to anyone ! Branch manager Mr. Hermina is the best and hardest working manager i have ever seen!
