PACR Is great and has really stepped up the quality. they are always so helpful and kind. Their phone service workers always provide more than enough help and resources as well. This was my first bank and the first place I got a loan- for no more than 3.5% apr - you can't find this kind of service just anywhere.

Extremely poor customer service...phone service sucks...I called 15 times with no response....trying to refi with this bank, but no one answers. So I'm going to another bank.

I went into the bank because the call center wasn't picking up. My credit card bill was overdue, we hadn't used that card in years. So we thought. Apparently SiriusXm has been paying itself automatically but the bank couldn't tell me how I had been paying the credit card bill. Perhaps the bank has been paying itself automatically. The teller couldn't tell me. She also couldn't tell me why my credit card had an overdue payment fee of $8 and some change. All she could tell me was that my card has been charged $30 quarterly for Siriusxm. At no point did the teller offer to find out, she just tried to talk me out of closing the credit card. Today I called to find out my routing number and again was put through to the call center. I couldn't hear what was happening on the other end.... Useless!
