This is a great bank have had no issues with them since I started with them over 30yrs ago at least I think is been that long. It's still a great bank even though it changed its name from first federal bank to premier bank.

borrowers beware!!! this bank is terrible with money! they don't know how to handle escrow. customer service is non-existent. All I've done is make payments on time and this bank has given me more hassles than $300,000 is worth. screw premier bank.

Your money gets deposited by direct deposit when they feel like doing it. Because we are a small business that isn't bringing in thousands a day I am trash to them and go to bottom of pile. Going back to state bank
