  Don’t use this bank! The online banking is terrible. My phone number isn’t even listed on my account it’s someone else’s phone number and I have went to the bank 7 times over this and still isn’t fixed. So much for online bank statements bc I can’t even see mine and it wants to send a security code to someone else’s phone number. My account has been even been hacked and money taken out and the bank needed a month to investigate. After a month I got my money back. Not everyone can have 700 dollars missing and be like that’s ok I will wait a month for you to replace it. Security on bank accounts are the absolute worst! Bank tellers are friendly though.

  By far the worst banking experience I've ever witnessed in my life! I would give it -5 Stars if I could. I will absolutely not be going into 2021 banking with Premier Bank!
