  Horrible, closed the window on me because they said they didn’t wanna do the paperwork. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have stayed away

  This bank is terrible. I ordered a debit card, they sent it to the wrong house. When I noticed and asked them where it was they realized and canceled my card. Then they were gonna send a brand new card to my current address, it has not come yet, one worker in Hicksville said it was gonna be here a couple weeks ago. The head branch in defiance Ohio said it would be here this week, nope. Do these people understand how much bills are tied to a debit card, I have to drive 20 min just to get my own money, ridiculous I do not recommend banking at this bank...
