  Blonde lady always gives me problems rather comeing up with new rules to refuse me service and the window or closing the closed blinds right in my face while looking into my eyes when I had a question after I received my money. Save urself the bad service and go to the two other banks in town

  Before Premier took over, First Federal employees were great! The new employees don't listen when I ask for specific bills, etc. This has been numerous times. I'm getting to the point that I'm thinking about switching!
