  Great service in side or out and always willing to take care of your banking in a friendly and professional manner. Great cheking, savings and a lot of other options. Give them a try or call and talk to them. I use First federal bank on Allentown road.

  First Federal Bank was very easy to work with, both on our mortgage and our HELOC. We've had a couple of mortgages with them and they've worked as expected. At one point our mortgage was going to go up because the escrow was getting low. We added some money to the escrow and kept our payment low because they informed well in advance about this situation. They have always been very helpful when I called with questions.

  I have had some issues with some of the employees at this bank and Ottawa being very races and there is absolutely no reason for it what so ever. I thought it was a great bank at first but the more I communicate with them the more it happens. Not to mention when a secret shopper went in and did her job she found that they didn’t even speak to black people upon arrival let alone be friendly. It was as if there was no body standing there at all until she approached the counter. Bankers to me are leaders and leaders lead not come up the rear. It’s all on record.
