  Scott Jones is an absolutely amazing mortgage loan officer; anyone in the area looking to buy a house should definitely consult him. Not only was his customer service on point, but he closed our loan 10 days early. We lost our first house due to a bad, slow loan officer, and Scott from Day 1 was quick, responsive and friendly. Thank you, Scott!

  I was “preapproved” then went looking for a house. Found a house, made an offer only to learn that his “preapproval” wasn’t a preapproval. He DENIED us AFTER THE FACT. Terrible service, screwed us over 100%. Go to anyone else but here. His “preapproval” wasn’t done right at all.

  28 years I've had accounts with Home Saving now Premier Bank. I was depositing a check and taking out less than half of it as cash. I was ask "Where is this check from?" It has a company logo, account, and routing number... Beyond that it's none of your business why or how a check in my name got to be in my hand. In 28 years I've never been asked such a question. When i talked to the manager I found this is company policy... Your company policy asked questions that are not your business. Might be time for me to change banks.
