      Went to ATM to get cash this weekend. ATM wasnt available to use in Woodbury because of safety concerns? Seriously? Other banks arent doing this. So disappointed. Then you need to waive all fees to get cash elsewhere and reimburse fees at other machines we get charged to use. There wasn't even a suggestion on the notice on where the nearest free ATM is. Do better. Still can't use the outside ATM. Why inside only?

      Premier bank stole my first HSA money. After a period of time leaving it be, since I have had no HSA to transfer it to until this year, I tried to access those funds. Apparently, after a period of un-use (or whatever they call it) they start draining your account at a $10/month rate, and then close the account once it reached 0. The bank representative I spoke to did have my correct and still current phone number in their system, and says they would have reached out, but I attest they never did such. Because this is all 'in the contract' and such, I have no further action I can take other to accept that Premier Bank drained my account and the money out of my first savings account, ever. *update 3 weeks later* Premier Bank responded to this, but has not reached out to me directly, as they claimed. Just as they never reached out to me directly before shutting down my account.
