      The staff at Premier have been hands down, the best to work with on both my business and personal accounts. Every time I come in, I am greeted by name and like I am visiting a friend's house. I always end up staying longer than planned because we get to talking about everything from life, work, as well as any and all of my needs for banking, I truly enjoy all of my visits and feel like everyone there are my friends

      Wouldn't make change. If there's a charge for non-customer transactions, I was told it doesn't exist, (though I volunteered to pay a fee if there was one) The online site provides no indication of this, or if it does, it's well disguised and I would love a link and/or screen shot of the explanation. (In reply) also wonderfully skilled at deflecting from the aforementioned issues. Do not expect a human interaction with this bank. The PR game is strong, but is, indeed, a game to them.

      I LOVE my bank!! They always remember who I am and even remember little tid bits about me. They are also always friendly and extremely helpful. They're the BEST! Couldn't be more please and my dogs always enjoy receiving treats from them.
