      Someone opened a credit card here in my name and I can’t get ahold of a real person to close the account. This whole bank must be a scam

      Hi Alliya - Please call us at 1-800-987-5521 for assistance. When asked for your account number, please hold on the line. You do not have to enter anything. You will be asked for the account information a few times but just continue to hold and you will be transferred to an associate.

      I had apply for this card to start building my credit, i had overpaid this card without being allowed to use it even one time. I just found out they close this account and they were keeping my money that I had already overpaid. I have never seen this kind of situation happen to anybody in my life. But, it happened to me. PLEASE BE AWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEAECH BEFORE YOU GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. "Be Aware"
