  Getting to work with Oscar Saab was such a blessing. My wife and I live in New York but we really wanted to buy a house in Florida since retirement age is around the corner. Oscar made the buying process so easy despite us not being in Florida for the whole process, everything was done through email and over the phone. He was always available for any questions we had. He was also very diligent with everything and extremely patient with us. Due to a few old negative marks on my credit report I thought it would be hard to get a mortgage loan but with Oscar's expertise and professionalism he was able to help us provide the bank any additional documentation they needed. He gave us hope again and thanks to him everything worked out great! We were approved for the loan and got the keys to the house within 3 days of the loan approval. I highly recommend Oscar!!!

  I love working with Oscar and his team. Communication is excellent. The dedication he gives to each of my clients is very personalized. Many of my clients have been able to get a loan and have bought the home they longed for. Their financial consulting is free, and even if the borrowers do not meet the requirements to acquire a loan yet, Oscar provides the advice and motivation necessary to achieve their goal, later on. I Highly recommend him!
